1. Returns

1.1 Qualifications

Returns are welcome within three days after the purchase date. Your item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging in order to be eligible for a return.

1.2 Non-Refundable Products
The following products cannot be returned:

Items that are modified or personalized.
perishable products, such as food.
digital goods or software that can be downloaded.
personal hygiene and health products.

1.3 Return Procedure
Within three days of receiving your order, call our customer service staff at +88 01318-881685 to start the return process. Give the reason for the return, the item(s) you want to return, and your order number. We’ll walk you through the return procedure.

1.4 Shipping Charges
Unless the return is the result of a product fault or a mistake on our side, customers are liable for the return shipping expenses.

2. Compensation

2.1 Time Spent Processing
We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item when it has been received and examined. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied. After approval, refunds are completed within seven business days.

2.2 Refund Procedure
The original payment method used for the purchase will get a refund. Store credit will be issued in lieu of the original payment method in the event that it is not feasible to use it.

3. Exchanges Direct exchanges are not available from us. Please place a new order and follow the return procedure if you need a replacement item.

4. Broken or flawed products
Please get in touch with us at once if you receive a faulty or damaged goods. We’ll make arrangements for a replacement or reimbursement, covering any relevant shipping costs.
